What are my payment options?

We gladly accept payment via eCheck/ACH, credit card, or mail-in check.

 

Do you offer any discounts?

Annual plans offer the best rates.  Save an additional 5% when you enroll in an automatic eCheck/ACH payments.

 

Can I get a physical backup copy of my website?

We are happy to provide a copy of your web site and associated data upon request up to once every 12 month period. Additional requests require an hourly service fee.

While we make reasonable effort to ensure your data remains safe and secure, we strongly recommend you maintain your own back-up of your website and data. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  

How can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan anytime online with 30 days notice.

 

Can I pay more frequently than annually?

Annual plans lock-in the best monthly rate. You can, however, select to pay monthly or quarterly for an additional 5% or 10% payment handling surcharge, respectively.

 

Can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan anytime with 60 days notice.  This period begins upon full payment of any outstanding or current invoices.

 

Can I get a refund on unused months?

Annual plans may request a pro-rated refund for unutilized time outside the cancellation notice period.
