Business networks and chapters
Chapter management software that renews the members and fills the room.
Dues, forums, events and a directory worth searching, in one members-only portal for professional chapters and business networks.
Who this is for.
A business network sells one thing, belonging, and it has to deliver it twelve months a year. Members pay dues, join a forum or a cohort, show up to learning events and expect to find each other easily. The chapter is usually run by a small staff or a volunteer board that changes every year.
The work is renewals, events and keeping the directory current. In most chapters those live in a payment tool, an event platform and a spreadsheet, so a board member who wants to know who has not renewed and did not come to the last three events has to build the answer.
NPressive keeps members, dues, forums and events in one portal. Renewals run themselves, events carry member and guest pricing, forums manage their own rosters, and Navigator answers the board's questions in a sentence.
What usually goes wrong.
Renewals depend on chasing
Dues reminders are sent by hand, cards expire silently and the treasurer spends the first quarter reconciling who paid.
Events live in another tool
Registration runs on a ticketing site that does not know who is a member, so member pricing is on the honor system and attendance never reaches the profile.
The directory goes stale
Members change jobs and companies. The PDF directory from last spring is wrong by summer.
Board turnover erases knowledge
Every new board inherits logins, exports and habits. What worked last year is not written down anywhere.
How NPressive helps.
- Renewals on autopilot
- Annual or monthly dues by card or low-fee ACH, reminders at 30, 7 and 1 days, stored payment methods and automatic renewal. The treasurer sees who is current at a glance.
- Forums and cohorts as groups
- Member-managed small groups with their own directory, files and messages, public or invitation-only, with capacity limits and a moderator.
- Events that know your members
- Branded registration with member and guest pricing, capacity, waitlists and waivers. Attendance lands on each member's profile.
- A directory members update themselves
- Profiles with company, role, industry and expertise, quick search across all of it, and badges for hosts, mentors and sponsors.
- The board's questions, answered
- Navigator answers "who has not renewed and skipped the last three events" and drafts the outreach for approval.
Features they lean on
- Payments secure, seamless payments for a private community.
- Events plan, promote and manage events, virtual or in person.
- Small groups strong communities start with tight-knit members.
- Member profiles help members know who is who.
- Navigator AI run the whole thing by asking.
A typical week.

-
Wednesday

-
Thursday

The Insights dashboard shows renewal rate, event attendance by forum and new member growth. No slides were built.
-
Friday
Welcome the new members
Navigator lists members who joined this month, drafts a welcome from the chapter president and suggests a forum for each based on industry.
Questions people ask.
Something else? Ask us directly.
Can dues renew automatically?
Yes. Members store a card or bank account and choose auto-renewal. Reminders go out before the charge, failed payments are retried, and the treasurer sees who is current, due and lapsed.
Can we charge members and guests different prices for events?
Yes. Registration forms recognize signed-in members and show member pricing. Guests pay the guest price. Both go through your connected Stripe account.
Can forum moderators run their own groups?
Yes. A moderator manages the roster, approves requests, shares files and messages the forum without staff involvement.
What about a member directory?
Every member has a profile with the fields you choose, such as company, role, industry and expertise. Quick search covers all of it, and members update their own details.
How does a new board take over?
Admin seats are transferred in Settings. Nothing lives in personal accounts, and Navigator can explain how the chapter has been running from the data itself.
